Welcome to the LIONZMEN family! As a Lionzmen Associate, you are the face of our brand at Drunken Laboratory NYC. Your role is critical in bringing awareness to VibeRidesNYC and helping customers discover our luxury party bus services.

📋 Position: Lionzmen Associate

Location: Drunken Laboratory NYC

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Pay Increases: Based on job performance and merit

💼 Primary Responsibilities

✅ Provide information to customers about VibeRidesNYC Party Bus Services and upcoming events
✅ Assist customers in signing up for the Free Ride Contest by directing them to scan the QR code poster
✅ Help customers download and navigate the VibeRidesNYC app
✅ Answer questions about services, pricing, and booking procedures
✅ Represent LIONZMEN with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm
✅ Monitor and maintain all LIONZMEN Posters and other Marketing Materials, ensuring they are visible and undamaged
✅ Report customer feedback, questions, and concerns to management
✅ Quality Control — ensure the overall customer experience meets LIONZMEN standards at all times
✅ Conflict Resolution — de-escalate disputes or disagreements between customers in a calm, professional manner
✅ Safety & Security — actively maintain a safe and secure environment at your assigned location
✅ Assist Management — support management in any situation where they feel unsafe or where customers are engaging in behavior that may cause harm to themselves or others

• Speak clearly and professionally with all customers
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
• Be approachable, courteous, and respectful
• Represent LIONZMEN with pride and integrity

🎽 Dress Code (STRICTLY ENFORCED):

• ALL BLACK ATTIRE (black pants, black shoes)
• LIONZMEN SHIRT MUST BE WORN on duty at all times
• Shirt must be VISIBLE (not covered by jacket or hoodie)
• Attire must be clean, pressed, and professional
• No excessive jewelry, torn clothing, or casual sneakers

⏰ Attendance & Punctuality Policy

This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED:

1st Lateness (No Call):

• Hourly pay deduction for time missed

• Written warning issued

2nd Lateness (With OR Without Call):

• Formal write-up added to employee record

• Hourly pay deduction for time missed

3 Write-Ups in One Year:

• IMMEDIATE TERMINATION

Note: All employees are expected to arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for their shift.

📖 Guidelines & Regulations

✅ Follow all instructions from LIONZMEN management
✅ Adhere to Drunken Laboratory venue rules and policies
✅ Maintain confidentiality regarding business operations
✅ Use company-approved messaging when discussing services
✅ Report any issues or incidents to management immediately
✅ Do not consume alcohol or use substances while on duty
✅ Keep mobile phone use to a minimum while interacting with customers
⚠️ All security associates must have their one-year Self Defense Training complete by June 30th — failure to complete training will affect pay and hours
