How You Get Paid 💰

You earn 80% of every booking. Here's exactly how it works:

💳 Customer Pays Upfront (Escrow)

The customer pays the full amount through our secure platform (Stripe) before the trip. The money is held safely — nobody touches it until the ride is done.

✅ You Arrive → Funds Release

Once you arrive at the pickup and confirm in the app, the payment is released from escrow. This protects both you and the customer.

📅 Weekly Payouts

Payouts are processed every week. Complete a ride, get paid that week — simple as that.

Driver Payment Terms

  • • You receive 80% of the total booking price. LIONZMEN retains 20% as the platform fee.
  • • If a recruiter brought you on, 10% of the platform fee goes to them — your 80% is never affected.
  • • A 20% credit cushion may be held from the customer for potential overages (extra time, etc). Any unused cushion is refunded to them — does not affect your pay.
  • • Tips go 100% to you. Always.
  • • If you no-show without notice, the booking is cancelled and you may be suspended from the platform.
  • • Cancellations by the customer 48+ hours out = no impact on your pay. Under 24hrs = you keep a portion.
  • • All payment disputes are handled by LIONZMEN. You just drive.
