How You Opt In
By providing your mobile phone number when booking a ride, entering our contest, or signing up for our services at viberidesnyc.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from VibeRides by LIONZMEN LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Types of Messages You Will Receive
- Booking confirmations and status updates
- Driver arrival and real-time trip notifications
- Contest winner announcements and updates
- Promotional offers, special deals, and marketing messages
- Important service announcements
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month for marketing, plus transactional messages related to your bookings.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages (you may still receive transactional messages related to active bookings).
Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VibeRides platform (viberidesnyc.com), booking a ride, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
VibeRides by LIONZMEN LLC provides luxury party bus and transportation booking services in the New York City area. We connect customers with independent drivers.
- All bookings are subject to driver availability and approval
- Prices are set per hour plus applicable fees
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Minimum booking duration is 1 hour
3. Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before trip: 90% refund of total paid
- 24–48 hours before trip: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Driver no-show: Full refund + $25 credit

4. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers in your booking
- Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the booking party
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize VibeRides to charge your card for the deposit and/or full booking amount. A 20% credit cushion may be held for potential overages and will be released after trip completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
VibeRides by LIONZMEN LLC acts as a platform connecting customers with drivers. We are not liable for accidents, delays, or damages beyond our direct control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
