We hold $1,500 on your card now. When you close out, you are charged for the time used (billed on our clock) and the rest of the hold is released. You get a text 1 hour before your ride ends to extend or close out.

I authorize VibeRides NYC to hold $1,500 and charge my card for time used, extensions and tax. I understand VibeRides NYC is not responsible for anything that happens after I close out, and rides not closed are billed for actual time.
