📋 Driver Requirements

By signing this agreement, you confirm:

✅ You have a valid driver's license
✅ You have up-to-date vehicle insurance
✅ Your vehicle is safe, clean, and well-maintained
✅ You are at least 21 years old
✅ You will provide professional, courteous service

⚠️ Operating without valid license or insurance is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.

💵 How You Earn

Your Cut: 75% of every booking goes to YOU

Platform Fee: 25% covers marketing, customer service, app maintenance

Tips: 100% of customer tips go directly to you

Payment: Weekly payouts every Friday

Payment Methods: Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or Stripe - your choice!

After driving for 30 days, you unlock Recruiter Status:

🎯 What VibeRides Does For You

Marketing: We promote your vehicle to customers
Customer Service: We handle customer inquiries and issues
App Management: Easy-to-use booking and payment system
Notifications: SMS + Email alerts for new bookings
Payments: We collect payment and pay you weekly

✅ Your Responsibilities

Keep your vehicle clean and in good condition
Arrive on time for bookings (5-10 min early recommended)
Communicate with customers through the app
Provide safe, professional service
Respond to booking requests promptly
Update your availability in the app

🚫 Prohibited Activities

Taking payments outside the app
Driving under the influence
No-showing for confirmed bookings
Operating without valid license/insurance
Harassment or inappropriate behavior

📅 Cancellation Policy

24+ hours before: No penalty

Less than 24 hours: May affect your standing

No-show: Immediate suspension pending review

🛡️ Liability & Insurance

You must maintain valid vehicle insurance at all times
You are responsible for any accidents or incidents during trips
VibeRides is a technology platform connecting drivers and customers
You agree to indemnify VibeRides from claims arising from your services

Digital Agreement

By clicking "I Agree" in the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms above, including the 75/25 commission structure, and that you have a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance.

This agreement is effective immediately upon digital acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
